Resin Driveways in Wainfleet

Wainfleet sits on our daily Boston-to-Skegness run, which makes it some of the most efficiently scheduled work we do: deliveries stage in passing, crews arrive without dead mileage, and snags get same-week attention because we are through the town most days anyway. Our two documented projects here include 2023 before-and-after work photographed for the portfolio.

The jobs themselves mirror the marsh: full resin frontages on the brick terraces and bungalows, repairs where old concrete has cracked over soft ground, and gravel builds for the plots along the fen lanes towards Friskney. Small jobs are genuinely welcome here, because route towns make them viable in a way forty-mile round trips never could. Brewery-town Wainfleet also brings a steady line of patio and path work behind the terraces, where hand-trowelled resin reaches yards no machine could enter, and the permeable build keeps rain moving through ground that would otherwise hold it against your walls. Wainfleet's conservation-minded core, with the Magdalen museum at its heart, also means we treat the older frontages with respect: edgings and materials chosen to sit comfortably against historic brick, and designs that improve the house rather than modernising it into anonymity.
