Resin Bound Patios in Lincolnshire

Resin bound patios turn a tired slab or bare corner of garden into a seamless, barefoot-friendly surface that drains instantly after rain and never grows weeds between joints, because there are no joints. We build the groundworks, block edging and falls ourselves, then hand-trowel the resin as one clean pour.

A patio is a groundworks job first

Most patio failures are drainage failures. Coming from a groundworks family, we set falls, build soakaways where needed and lay proper sub-bases before any resin goes down, so water goes where it should, not against your house wall. Where a patio meets lawn or borders we finish with block or steel edging for a crisp line.

Two-colour designs

Patios are where our customers get creative: a main field in one blend with a contrasting border or picture-frame edge in another. Our Mablethorpe patio in Canberra and Abbey Lodge, finished in three days, shows the effect; see it in our work.

Easy to live with

Jet-washable, UV-stable so it will not yellow, frost-proof because water drains through rather than freezing in the surface, and comfortable underfoot. It is the lowest-maintenance patio surface available.

Questions

Resin Bound Patios FAQs

Can you lay resin over my existing patio slabs?
Sometimes, if the slabs are solid and well bedded, but patios often need falls corrected, so a rebuild frequently gives a better result. We price honestly between the two at the quote visit.
Is a resin patio comfortable to walk on barefoot?
Yes, the aggregate is fully encapsulated in smooth resin, so it feels even and warm underfoot, unlike loose gravel or riven slabs.
Can you match my patio to my driveway?
Yes, same blend front and back is a popular choice, and because Vuba blends are consistent batch to batch, a patio added later can still match a drive we laid years before.
