When you request a quote by form, phone, email or social media, we collect your name, contact details, address of the property to be quoted, and details of the work you want. We use this to visit, design and price your job, to carry out work you instruct, and to keep the records the law requires of a trading business. Our lawful bases are taking steps to enter a contract with you, performing that contract, and our legitimate interest in running the business.
We photograph our work. We only publish photographs that identify your property with your agreement, and you can withdraw that agreement at any time by contacting us.
Our website is hosted by Netlify, and form submissions pass through their systems. Page fonts load from Google Fonts, which involves your IP address reaching Google. We do not sell your information, and we do not run advertising or analytics cookies on this site. Suppliers only receive what a job strictly requires.
Enquiry details that do not become jobs are kept up to 12 months, then deleted. Customer and job records are kept for the life of your 10-year guarantee plus the periods tax law requires.
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to our use of it, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you are unhappy with our answer. Ask us first: we fix things quickly.
