Pattern Imprinted Concrete in Lincolnshire

Pattern imprinted concrete gives you the look of block paving, cobbles or natural stone with the strength of a continuous reinforced slab, no joints to weed, nothing to work loose, and a sealed colour-hardened surface that keeps its looks for years. For sloped drives and high-traffic frontages it is a seriously underrated choice.

How it is done

We pour a full-specification concrete slab, broadcast a colour surface hardener, then stamp the pattern into the wet surface with mats, ashlar stone, cobble, herringbone and more. A contrasting release agent antiques the texture, and once cured the surface is sealed against stains and UV.

Where it beats the alternatives

On gradients where blocks creep and gravel migrates, an imprinted slab holds. It is also one of the most secure surfaces against weeds and ants, there are simply no joints. Maintenance is a wash and a re-seal every few years.

Part of a bigger toolkit

We install imprinted concrete alongside resin, block and plain concrete, so the recommendation you get is the surface that suits your property, not the only one on the van.
Questions

Pattern Imprinted Concrete FAQs

Does pattern imprinted concrete crack?
Concrete moves; the craft is controlling it. We cut joints into pattern lines where they disappear visually, so movement happens where it is designed to.
How often does it need resealing?
Every 2 to 4 years depending on traffic. Resealing revives the colour and keeps the surface stain resistant, we offer it as part of our maintenance services.
Is it slippery when sealed?
We add an anti-slip additive to the sealer on drives and paths, which keeps grip in the wet without dulling the finish.
